All samples shown above are simply provided as examples of the type of products that we have manufactured for our customers. There are many products that we have manufactured that are not displayed here as requested by our customers. These samples are very useful in designing your own custom product and are a great place to start when contacting A&R with your design needs.
All products can be made to any size, color or material. During the ordering process, the product specifics will be determined and a sample will be sent directly to you for final approval. Once you are 100% happy with the product we will begin the final product assembly.
After viewing our product samples, call us today to begin your unique product design and manufacturing process. We will assist you with every phase of the manufacturing process from product design to material selection and finally with shipping & delivery options.
Minimum Purchase
The minimum purchase amount is $600 per order.
Discount Policy
Selected items have quantity discounts and these are stated in the item details and price on the price list.
Shipping Policy
By DHL/TNT/EMS express: it takes about 5~6 business days for the delivery, Door to Door service. DHL,TNT,EMS or AC for a small order and By sea for a larger order.
Shipping Cost will vary depending upon the size and weight of each package. You may visit ems.com for an estimated shipping cost. We will also provide an estimate of shipping charges by email after receive your order list.You must make sure of the shipping address you wish to have your package delivered to at the time of order placement. Please, make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If your package has to be routed to another address other than the address you selected as shipping address you should let us know before we send out.
Return Policy
No orders or items can be returned unless the items(s) are damaged or they were shipped out in error. If you simply do not like the item or the item is not what you expected you will be charged 15% restock fee out of the original amount. Damages must be claimed to the shipping company before calling us. After reporting damages, call us and we will credit you for the amount of the merchandise. We may also ask that you return the damaged merchandise. All claims must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment.
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit to us and suggest that all packages shipped to us have a tracking number or delivery confirmation.
Returns will always be credited to your account for application on future orders. When placing orders, please put in the order notes that you have a credit on file and request that we apply it.
Order Discrepancies
If a Discrepancies is found upon receipt of your order, please email us a full description to hairaccessories@arinternationaltrade.com or fax to 86-579-88878977.We may not always be able to accept details by telephone and may have to email you back. All discrepancies reported by email will be cleared within 3-5 business days.
